First National Bank Insight Document
FNB Sales & Service Contact Centre (SSCC) was established to accommodate aggressive expansion and increase in the market share. It provides significant additional capacity to service First Rand's existing client base and the growing base throughout South Africa. I conceptualized and designed a brief overview document of the SSCC, using clean, minimalists principals as a guide. The brand embraces the digital era so the clean white space and very corporate feel was the way to go for this project.
